Listening to Donna Summer's new studio album, touted as her first in 17 years, it's hard to say a bad word about it. Crayons is a carefully crafted, bombastic dance album replete with hand-clap beats, R&B stylized harmonies and tons of fun. From the opening track Stamp Your Feet (she ain't no hollaback girl, hear?) to the too obviously autobiographical romp The Queen is Back "for every generation, you know your queen is back" Crayons is a joy ride.

If you can name the last album that Everclear released (without looking it up,) you are a better fan than I. But look it up I did because there was a time when I was a huge fan of Everclear. Apparently, the trivia answer is an Eleven Seven release Welcome to the Drama Club
in 2006.

Jason Mraz launched the promotion of his next album, We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.
with the first of three EP releases. We Sing. the EP is a four-track collection of songs including a slow and soft take on the album's first single, I'm Yours. The tracks are bathed in balladry, something that Mraz as skillfully as the word play that dominates other singles.
